The training of master’s degree students in the specialty 70310301 – Psychology is conducted in a full-time mode of study. Instruction in all forms of education is organized based on the credit-module system. The standard duration of the master’s degree program is 2 years.

70310301 – Psychology is a specialty within the field of Social and Behavioral Sciences and encompasses the following areas of professional activity:

• teaching specialized disciplines in all educational institutions;
• conducting activities within the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, sectoral research institutes, and scientific centers;
• carrying out scientific research activities in scientific-production associations;
• working in centers of spirituality and enlightenment;
• activities in preschool educational institutions;
• working as a psychologist in general secondary schools and vocational education institutions;
• conducting psychological research at the “Family and Gender” Research Institute;
• organizing spiritual and educational activities in public safety institutions, as well as in state and local government bodies;
• carrying out activities related to psychological issues in organizations of various forms of ownership, industrial enterprises, and business entities;
• providing career guidance for students and conducting psychological-pedagogical diagnostics;
• encompassing a комплекс of tools, methods, methodologies, and approaches aimed at organizing psychological services according to the types of professional activity.

In accordance with Level 7 of the National Qualifications Framework for the specialty 70310301 – Psychology, as well as the areas, objects, and types of professional activity, a graduate of the master’s degree program must be capable of performing the following professional responsibilities:
