Residents undergo comprehensive practical training in specialized pediatric surgery departments and university clinics under the guidance of experienced professors and clinical mentors. Graduates can work as qualified pediatric surgeons in public and private medical institutions, specialized children's medical centers, and multidisciplinary clinics. The program is aimed at developing clinical mastery, evidence-based medicine, innovative minimally invasive technologies, and a comprehensive child- and family-centered approach in line with modern international standards.
