This academic program prepares qualified specialists in the effective organization, management, and development of the hotel industry, improving service quality, and establishing high-level guest reception systems. Students acquire knowledge and skills in hotel management, service standards, human resource management, marketing and customer relations, booking and accommodation systems, and tourism infrastructure management. Graduates can work as managers and specialists in hotels, resorts, tourist complexes, and service sector organizations.
