About the programme
Core Professional Competencies:
- Conducts independent research in the field of petroleum geology and develops innovative technological solutions;
- Applies modern information and communication technologies (ICT), mathematical modeling, and automated systems in the exploration of hydrocarbon deposits;
- Designs integrated oil and gas exploration projects, determines the optimal scope of exploration activities, and prepares project documentation;
- Estimates hydrocarbon reserves and performs qualitative and quantitative analyses of the geological and economic characteristics of oil and gas fields;
- Participates in the expert evaluation of industry projects and ensures technological discipline and quality control in production;
- Teaches specialized courses in higher and professional education institutions, applying modern pedagogical technologies and interactive teaching methods.
